This Privacy Policy discloses our practices regarding information collection and usage for InternetMoney.io (the “Website”),The Internet Money Wallet(the “App”), our Google Chrome extension, and any other services provided by us or our affiliates (collectively, the “Services”).

We collect Personal Information(as defined below) from users of our Services when it is voluntarily provided to us and use it for the purposes for which it was provided (see Information We Collect Directly From You and How We Use Your Information).

We automatically collect information from users of our Services for analytical purposes and in order to provide the Services (see Information We Collect Automatically and How We Use Your Information).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you should not use the Services,or otherwise provide us with Personal Information. Our Website and Services are provided from the United States and all servers that make it available reside in the United States. You understand that data stored in the United States may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities in the United States.

Company’s Services are non-custodial and decentralizedby nature, and accordingly, we do not require that you provide us with any Personal Information. However, we may collect information, including Personal Information, when you provide such information to us directly, such as when you contactus over email or social media, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Services. Your provision of your Personal Information to us is completely voluntary. “Personal Information” is information that specificallyidentifiesyou.We do not collect PersonalInformation unless yousubmit that information to us.

You may directly provide us with your email address if you contact us via email or agree to receive direct marketing. While we will never collect or store your social media information, ifyou contact us on social media,you understand that you are providing us with anyPersonal Information that is made publicly available on your social media account. We may also collect other information that you directly provide us,including marketing and communications data (e.g., your preferencesin receiving marketing from us).

You may also choose to provide your phone number over the App in order toclaim free crypto. If you do, yournumber will be de-identified through a one-way encryption algorithm, and not stored as Personal Information. We will never retainyour actual phone numberon our servers. We do not directly collect your payment information over the Services. Payment information goes directlyto our third-party payment processor. Registeringforthe Serviceswill require you to generate a seed phrase or import a seed phrase from an existing wallet.We do not store this information. Please note that with the exception of your initial registration,we will never ask you to share your private keys or wallet seed. Never trust any person, company, or website that asks you to enter your private keys or wallet seed.
